Today, it is customary to perform due diligence by conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for commercial and industrial properties.

Soil Analysis
Michael Black, P.E. is the principal engineer that brings over 30 years of experience across a wide breadth of engineering. He worked for large corporations until 1989, was president of his own firm, DWR Consultants, from 1989 to 2006 when he sold it. Worked as the chief engineer for small firms until 2024 and started this business in mid-2024. His education consists of Geological Engineering, B.S., and Environmental Engineering, M.S. While holding engineering registrations in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, his work is principally withing a 70-mile radius of Kennewick, Washington. Ever since starting his business in 1989, he believes the only definition of a job well done is when your client tells you so. This requires focused attention on your needs and during the project execution.
